I had a relaxing stay at the hotel, enjoying the quiet atmosphere and quality antique furnishings in the rooms, leading to an excellent night's sleep. However, the room size was smaller than expected with no seating area as shown in the pictures. The service was impeccable from the welcoming reception to the courteous staff throughout my stay. The location, although in a prime area, could have been improved with better Wi-Fi. The dining experience was delightful with a wide range of delicious options. Overall, a charming hotel with some minor room-related drawbacks.

Service is a mix of lazy moments and helpful assistance, especially in the Saraca Bar. The location is prime, in a nice residential neighborhood close to all tourist attractions. The dining experience is specially curated with a wide choice of Western and Indian food. Overall, a comfortable stay with room for improvement in certain areas.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed with vintage furniture, thanks to the Front Office team's wonderful gesture of a complimentary upgrade. Having bathtubs in the bathroom was a nice touch, although I felt the tariff could be more competitive, should not be more than 22.5k.

The service is attentive and reminiscent of the bygone era of the 1900s, with diligent staff members Madhu and Pradeep. Located in a nice residential neighborhood about a 10-minute auto rickshaw ride from Lucknow center, the hotel is close to key attractions and culinary delights. While the rooms and service shine, the dining could be improved, and the rooms lack certain furnishings. Overall, a comfortable stay with a touch of nostalgia.
